Politique de remboursement

Last updated: October 2, 2026

1. Your statutory right of withdrawal

For an eligible distance purchase of goods, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after you, or a third party you nominate other than the carrier, take physical possession. For one order delivered in separate lots or pieces, the period normally begins when the last lot or piece is received. The day of receipt is not counted. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day under applicable law.

Send an unambiguous statement to us before the deadline. Email or post is sufficient; a return authorisation number, our prior approval, a particular form and a reason are not conditions for exercising this right. Failure to provide required withdrawal information can extend the withdrawal period under law.

You may also contact us through our contact page.

2. Model withdrawal form

You may copy the following text into an email or letter. This form is optional; another clear statement of withdrawal is equally valid.

To: Customer Service at Supcomtt

Postal address: 102 Route du Teil, Montélimar, 26200, France

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [describe goods]. Order number: [order number]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature: [only if this form is sent on paper].

3. Sending goods back and their condition

After notifying us of statutory withdrawal, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the notification. The deadline is met if you send the goods before it expires. Contact us for practical routing help and include your order number. Do not wait for our approval if that would cause you to miss a legal deadline.

Return address: 102 Route du Teil, Montélimar, 26200, France

You may inspect and handle the goods as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond that level, to the extent permitted by law. Missing packaging, missing tags or opening a package does not automatically cancel statutory withdrawal.

4. Return costs and fees

Change-of-mind return postage: For ordinary change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct return postage only if informed before purchase. We pay necessary costs for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

For statutory withdrawal, you bear the direct return costs only if we informed you of that obligation before purchase. Otherwise, we bear those costs. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, the required return-cost information must be supplied before purchase.

Restocking fee: No restocking fee applies to eligible commercial returns or statutory withdrawal.

We cover necessary return costs for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods and legal conformity remedies. An administration or restocking fee must not be imposed for statutory withdrawal.

5. Refunds following withdrawal

For valid statutory withdrawal, we reimburse payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of withdrawal. Any extra amount paid for a more expensive delivery choice is not reimbursable under the statutory rule.

For a sale of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first, unless we offered to collect them. Refunds use the original means of payment unless you expressly agree otherwise and incur no refund fee. Bank posting time does not extend our legal deadline.

Commercial return processing target: We issue commercial-return refunds within 5 business days after receipt and inspection. Any shorter statutory deadline takes precedence.

For partial returns, the refund reflects the price actually paid for the returned goods, including applicable discounts. Mandatory delivery reimbursement rules remain applicable; no undisclosed promotional penalty is added.

6. Statutory exceptions

A statutory exception applies only where the relevant legal conditions are satisfied, for example goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery. Ordinary size or colour choices do not by themselves make goods personalised.

A “sale” or “final sale” label does not remove statutory withdrawal or legal guarantees. These exceptions do not remove remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods. Gift cards, digital content and subscriptions require separate terms and are outside this physical-goods policy.

7. Additional commercial returns

Additional change-of-mind offer: We accept eligible additional change-of-mind returns within 30 calendar days after delivery, in addition to the separate statutory right of withdrawal.

Commercial return window: Notify us within 30 calendar days after delivery. This does not shorten any statutory period.

Commercial return method: Returns are sent by post. Statutory withdrawal may be notified by email or post without prior authorisation.

The commercial extension is additional to your legal rights. Beyond the statutory withdrawal period, the commercial extension requires unused goods, original tags and packaging, and proof of purchase. Those conditions do not restrict statutory withdrawal or legal guarantee claims.

Voluntary exchanges: We do not offer direct voluntary exchanges. You may return eligible goods and place a new order. Statutory repair and replacement rights remain unaffected.

8. Legal guarantees and faulty goods

The legal seller is responsible for the French legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. Contact us directly about a fault; you do not have to rely only on a manufacturer warranty or make a carrier claim. Describe the issue and provide available proof of purchase. We may request reasonable evidence or arrange an inspection at our cost as appropriate.

For ordinary goods, the legal conformity guarantee covers defects appearing within two years from delivery. For new goods, a defect appearing within those two years is presumed to have existed at delivery, subject to applicable exceptions; for second-hand goods the presumption normally lasts one year. You may seek repair or replacement, subject to legal feasibility and proportionality rules, free of charge, within no more than 30 days and without significant inconvenience.

Where the statutory conditions are met, including failed or refused repair or replacement, serious non-conformity, or failure to remedy within the required time, you may obtain a price reduction or terminate the sale. Termination may be refused for a minor defect in the conditions allowed by law. The applicable statutory reimbursement deadlines remain binding.

Legal extensions or renewal of the conformity guarantee apply to repaired or replaced goods. Goods with digital elements also benefit from the applicable update and digital-supply rules; any longer continuous-supply obligation must be assessed against the particular product contract.

For a hidden defect that makes the goods unfit for their intended use or substantially reduces that use, you may return the goods for reimbursement or keep them and obtain a price reduction under Articles 1641–1649 of the French Civil Code. You must normally bring the action within two years after discovering the defect, subject to the applicable long-stop limit.
